Exhibition Hall
Booths 1-20 are 3×3m sponsorship exhibits.
Booths 21-30 are 3×2m exhibitor only exhibits.
Fees:
$3,000 (before 15 March), $3,995 (after 15 March) per 3m x 2m booth space. Includes 1 full conference pass.
Booth Package:
Included with the carpeted (Corinthian shell scheme) booth space are two chairs, 6′ draped table, electrical, wastebasket, and wireless internet.
Each exhibitor will also be allowed a 100-word company description and logo for the conference program and conference website. A web link will be included to your company’s website.
Lunches and Expo Fair Reception will be served in the exhibit area and foyer.
In addition, exhibitor staff badges will be issued to staff your booth. These badges are good for entrance into the exhibit hall only, and not for admission to the technical sessions, tutorials, or keynotes.
